I think one of my favorites, is Leia after just being 'rescued' by the guys in A New Hope where they're all under heavy fire and she's like, "This is some rescue!!!" ZROFL!!!!

My favorite Star Wars quote is - "You were my brother, Anakin. I loved you!" It's so sad :(
