Question for all those who watched it: how much cussing was in it? I have heard different accounts, one person said there was only 3 words, and another said every vulgar word was in it. My mom, naturally, latched on to the worse account, and is refusing to let us see it. Oh! Doth my heart break!!!

I didn't think the language was all that bad......easily overlooked IMO. But Amaranthine will get mad at me for that statement. XD

That sounds about right......no s/f/a words, one or two b-words and they said h--- a few times as well. It wasn't too too bad. I hope you get to see it Ashley it's FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

I now need written statements by you all. Passing through my mom is like a court process. It's teaching me to bring evidence and proof to the table when negotiating...lol. I sometimes wonder if this is an undercover Homeschooling technigue to train us all to be Lawyers...

I just got back from seeing this and OH MY GOSH IT WAS SO COMPLETELY EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved the humor and the action and just the heart put into the story, it's just such a GOOD movie!!!!!!! It's one of those movies that just makes you so incredibly happy to watch because it's so GOOD! It still doesn't beat Captain America, though, but it came close Cap will always be my favorite <333333 And he was sooo epic beyond words in this movie!!!!!!!!!!!!! I died when it first showed him XDD *hugs Cap supertight* I love him so much, he's just so sweet and awesome <33333 I also got a kick out of Tony, I haven't seen Iron Man yet, but I'm excited to He was really cool here. And Black Widow was pretty awesome too Heck they were all awesome!

Excellent, well-written movie, definitely recommend it!

And I honestly didn't notice much cussing at all. Maybe three uses of the d-word, one use of chocolate (I don't know if I'll ever be able to call it anything else now XDD ) and maybe one or two of the donkey word. But it really wasn't all that bad and they didn't scream it obnoxiously like some movies do, and when they used it it was hardly even noticeable.

After hearing so many good things about this movie makes me want to see it even more! I really hope Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America come back from the movie rental store so I can watch them. Then I can see this film in theaters!

I hope you get to see them all soon Siri!

I just finished Thor and I really, really loved it! The fight scenes were so totally awesome! Oh and I think Thor is very good looking

I agree, it was awesome! I thought Darcy was really funny, I loved it that she shot him with a taser XD

I saw Captain America last night and it was really good! My favorite Avenger character is Thor so far and I think I will really love Black Widow. I hope to see The Avengers in theaters really soon. I'll be posting a review of Thor today on my blog and one of Captain America tomorrow.

I agree, Aay'liah, I really liked Thor as well! And I agree on Loki, I felt sorry for him but I'm not attracted to bad boys either.
