| YES. It's somewhere in season 2 I believe. Or season 3. I'm thinking one of them might be "Landing at Point Rain" but I'm not positive. | |

| I thought some more about the finale, and I changed my mind just a little bit. Even though it's not my favorite finale, I've decided I like it and it did bring up some good things and served as a good set up for the 50th, especially with showing all the old Doctors again. Also, I love the ending! What a great cliffhanger! I think my main problem with it (and also my main problem with the Moffat episodes) is River. But out of respect for the people who do like her I won't go into details on why she annoys me. I also thought that Clara's story could have been better, but I still like her a lot But I heard an interesting theory, that I think is really cool! - Spoiler:
The theory is that the man at the end of the episode is The Doctor before his first regeneration as The Doctor and before he took on the name "The Doctor". I think this really makes sense, especially because 11 mentions that the man is the one who broke the rule and went by the Doctor's real name. I like this idea better than the idea of the man being 12 or 13.

| In response to your theory- - Spoiler:
Yeah I definitely don't think he's the next regeneration. The Doctor refers to him as if he knows who he is or has seen him before. If he was a future regeneration he wouldn't recognize him

| Glad you do, DSK! - Spoiler:
I watched "The Angels Take Manhattan" and to be honest...I was a bit underwhelmed. It wasn't as good as I'd heard and I didn't feel sad at the ending; though, I do think it was funny when Amy said "So I just have to blink" and then she did. If I had been the actress, I wouldn't have blinked in that scene. Oh, well. And by the way, I wish they would stop calling the Doctor and River 'husband and wife.' :p | |

I felt the same way about "The Angels Take Manhattan"! I kept hearing how emotional and depressing it was, but I didn't really feel very sad. I think it was a nice conclusion to the Ponds' story, but it wasn't amazing. Honestly I liked the episode "The Power of Three" a lot better and I thought that was a much better final tribute to the Ponds. I actually really liked the Ponds in that episode, which is big because I went through several ups and downs with the Ponds (Amy in particular) and they were hard for me to like a lot of times. The Moffat episodes just can't hold a candle to the Davies episodes. And I completely agree about the Doctor and River.

Glad someone else agrees- same here, the episode was definitely not sad. It was a decent episode and an all right send off for the characters, but I agree, I liked The Power of Three better too. And I agree about Amy and Rory, I go through phases where I like them and where I don't. And yes, Amy is annoying at times- her acting isn't all that great and she isn't very nice to Rory (And while I do like Rory, I didn't like that he told Amy that he obviously loved her more than she loved him; while that might have been true, it was still very rude to say). Definitely, Davies is SO much better than Moffat as a show runner; as I read on an article, the agency that was in the first four seasons is gone now that Moffat is running the show and I think that is one of the main reasons why the show hasn't been as good, as well as the not-as-good writing and acting(though Matt Smith is good when he's not with the Ponds, and Rory and Clara (Arthur and Jenna) are both good).

Same here, and I'm glad you agree! Yeah, that's my main problem with Amy. She's rude and degrading to Rory a lot of times, which really bothers me. I agree, I think so too. I like Matt Smith and most of the acting, but the writing has not been as good. My other big problem with Moffat's episodes is River I really dislike her. And again, it's because of the writing. I think that her character had potential and could have been good, but in my opinion her story was not written well.

| Okay, I know that I'm not a Whovian yet (My cousin told me everything about Doctor Who and I want to watch it), but I found out that David Tennant just won an Emmy for "Outstanding Performer in an Animated Series" as Huyang in TCW! I just thought I'd share that with y'all since y'all are DW fans and TCW fans. | |

| I watched Doctor Who for the first time the other day! I am now an official Whovian! (more like Wholigan, LOL) The first episode I saw was Blink, and I watched it with my cousin at eleven at night. I am now wary of all statues! "Your life could depend on this. Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead. They're fast, faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away, and don't blink. Good luck." | |

| YAAAAYYYY!!!!! That's a great episode. The Doctor is too much in the background for it to be one of my favorites, but nonetheless it's a clever episode! | |
