I went out on the porch and my little cousin followed me. I had Choices of One with me and she asked me what my book was called. I told her Star Wars, and her face lit up "I like Star Wars!" Then I told her who was on the cover and she said, "I LIKE Mara Jade!"

She's 3 and only seen A New Hope with me, but she picks up on it. She can recognize characters and get all excited! As do I!

AWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JKG THAT IS SO SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to start Choices of One very soon, I just finished Allegiance and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have almost finished Force Unleashed 2 then I will be starting Choices of One!!!

Mara Jade is becoming my favorite character ever. She's just so tough and beautiful and shes a RED-HEAD JEDI! I will wear my Mara HU shirt 24/7 when it comes out! She's really becoming my new rolemodel! I need a whole blog post just for her.

TWINSSSSSSSSSSSS <3 Mara IS my favorite character ever. She's epic. She's tough, she doesn't let anyone tell her what to do, but she's also beautiful sweet, loving and a good, no, GREAT Jedi!!!! She's been through all walks of life, and even when the worst possible things happened to her, she was able to turn her life around and start anew. And yes, she's got RED HAIR. XD LOL!!!! I will never take off my Mara Shirt. I'll probably have to buy two, one to wear, and one to save for when I wear my first one completely out. xDDDD LOL!!! Tara, please don't write a blog post....I'll seriously pass out!!!!!!! LOL!!! I"m just kidding, I'd LOVEE to read a blog post about her. You know I would. xD And I would most likely die of awesomeness, but that's okay. LOL!!

I just started reading about Mara Jade.

She's mean to Luke right now and frankly she's driving me crazy.

Hopefully I'll get to like her.

Oh my gosh, when I read LOTF: Sacrifice, I chucked the book at the wall several times. She had the worst death in the history of the EU ever, in my opinion!

Oh, my gosh I came close to throwing it across the room too...I didn't only because it was a library book!

I hated Mara's death. It did NOT do her character justice whatsoever. AT ALL. It was awful. I cried in hatred. XDD In the middle of the library. And then I failed my math final. XD

Come on! They have to die SOMETIME. XD Better to die epically than die a slow lame death in the Coruscant Old Folks' home.

Mara could've had such an epic-er death!!! She could've gone out saving Ben's life by taking a bullet for him, or fighting side by side with Luke and totally killing my emotions in the process!! But nope. She died in a really LAME way.

Hey, I know I don't really keep up with the EU, but if they ever made a live-action movie or TV show about Mara (before Luke obviously, because Mark Hamill is a bit too old), I know who could play Mara.

She would be perfect for the role. She's a really good actress (well, I think she is anyway) and she looks like Mara. She's currently on a TV show called "The Mentalist" (One of my favorite TV shows) if you want to see her in action. I can find good clips of the Mentalist that feature her.
