Celebration VI OFFICIAL PLANNING TOPIC

Alright girls, we're approaching Celebration VI pretty fast. Since I'm the only admin attending the con, I guess I'm kinda in charge!! XD Anyway, I know this is a family vacation for all of you (including me!) but I'd really like to get a headcount of girls attending, and if we'd like to have a real scheduled meet up, to do that. Obviously, all parents are 100% welcome to come, and if you want to spend time with your closest girlfriends at other times during the convention, by all means, feel free to!!! I know I will be!! Anyway, I've got a list of things that I need help with!!! Even if you're not attending the convention, I have some things that you can help with too!!

First I need to know where we all stand. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING CELEBRATION SIX, PLEASE PM OR EMAIL ME RIGHT AWAY TELLING ME THAT YOU ARE COMING!!!!!
ALSO!!! If you are only coming for two days, or one day, tell me which day you are coming!!!! I'll be there all four days, as will a few other girls!!! I am going to give you a form so I can make a chart for CVI.

Please send me (either through email or PMs) the following:
Username: (your username here)
First name: (or nickname if you want your friends to call you by that)
Days You Are Attending: (number of days, dates included please)
Questions or Concerns: (tell me or ask me anything that you're concerned about or curious about for CVI and my plans/plans for TLF. I promise not to judge. If you have questions about privacy or people on the internet being who they say they are, please let me know!)

Now!! Once you do that, I'll put together a chart of all the girls going!! I REALLY REALLY REALLY need this soon!! Like, by the end of next week. I'll give you all until Friday the 15th to get back to me!!!! THIS IS IMPORTANT GIRLS!! I will be sending an official list to Ashley Eckstein's manager!!!

Now I have a few ideas. First is for t-shirts. Obviously, I can't buy a billion TLF t-shirts and ship them and all that, so I have two ideas. The first idea is I'll make the shirts and pay for them, girls attending CVI, you can send me your shirt sizes with that list of things for a form, and you'll pay me whatever it costs for me to make and order the shirts (probably like $15 or $20 bucks). OR, I'll design the shirt, hold the order and have you all purchase your own versions. This would probably be easiest. And that's only if you want one. I'd find the cheapest site to design the shirt, because I want to have them before cvi.

Nametags. I think maybe someone good with graphic design (Rachel?) or someone who is going to CVI (anyone?) can make these. We can each print out our own personal ones, and wear lanyards with our nametags on them (I have some lanyards from the homeschool convention I went to...they're easy to find, you can get them from the office supply store or wal-mart) that way we know who each other is at the con!! Also we'd be promoting TLF.

Is there anything else anyone wants to add? I am totally open to suggestions and ideas!! PM me, email me, or write back in this topic!!!

Also if you're not going to CVI and you'd like to be part of the experience, let me know!!! I'd be glad to include you!! I can text, call, or even Skype in other girls depending on the wi-fi situation in the convention center. How fun would that be?

I'll do the name tags! Can you give me an idea of what you want, and about how big you want the graphic to be?

Will the name tags be given out on here or at the event?

I was thinking that you could print out your own personal nametag (get in touch with Rachel for that I suppose...;D) and then wear them at CVI. Does that sound okay?

I was thinking that closer to CVI (like, the week of) I'd give out my cell phone number to the girls who are going. I'm allowed to use it for internet friend purposes, and it's a good way to keep in touch if someone gets separated or needs help finding where we are. I just thought of this the other day...don't worry about it until the week leading up to it obviously, but I'll just let y'all know that I'll be available for contact during the con!! Hehe!!
