CVI: Planning

It does look like the TLF girls will miss the costuming masquerade though :( Don't be too upset: there are other costuming events, and all the cosplayers will be walking around in their costumes as well.

Awww that's too bad. :/ But at least we'll see everyone's costumes anyway. ^_^

And does anyone know when we're getting the email from (I think it's Ashley's manager) and what will be on it?

Not sure when you'll get an email from Ashley's manager, I'm sure it'll be pretty soon!!!! There's a ton of events....I've already marked which ones I'm going to!!!

The schedule was released on the mobile app....I think Amar posted a link above.....I'll be going to a few panels and a the HU party and TCW Premiere.

Yeah, but when I clicked on it, it only went to this topic, not the schedule. :/

Hummm...I don't think the schedule has been released on the site yet. I think it's supposed to be out on Thursday for everyone else.

There's a schedule you can use for now here: http://www.rebelscum.com/prec6-events.asp. It doesn't have descriptions of the panels like the app does (and hopefully the website will) but it's a preview at least.

wow that was really kinda dumb and mean of me to come on here all excited saying the schedule was realased and not posting the link :( sorry about that girls thanks arda and amar for posting the link wow apparently you can get the schedule lots of places i found it here and it lists them all with the description the link is for friday;s events but if you scroll down there are more links for the other days me and my sister already printed and marked what we want to attend so exicred

Ah! Another thing! When are we gonna do the skype/video chat with all the members going? We should do that before CVI.

Ummm...xD Hi, yeah, I don't HAVE everything. I don't think I WILL have everything for a while. Dan Madsen will be emailing everyone soon enough, I have no control over that. Nametags are in progress of being made, I also don't control that. I think Rachel is making those....last I saw from the emails she and Amar and I were exchanging is that those are almost done.
As for food/lunch/dinner etc., I have no idea either. XD If you guys wanna coordinate times for that or something, feel free!!! These are all family vacations too ya know....I don't know what my family is doing....that will probably have to be decided as it gets closer. Quite honestly we have to stay flexible because things are gonna get crazy!!

But again, if you wanna pick a date and time for lunch....feel free to do so!!! We'll pick which day is best!!!! I recommend Sunday or Thursday.
