I am finished applying to all my colleges! So far i haven't been rejected by any, but my first-choice hasn't given me a response yet. I worry: what if it rejects me? Or if I get accepted and visit I don't like it? (It's really far away.) Or if it's too expensive? I just don't want to be disappointed. :c

Don't worry, Jedispork!! God has a plan for your life and He can and will show you what path to take if you ask Him. And since His plan is better than anything we ever could think up ourselves, I can pretty much guarantee you that you won't be disappointed if you're in tune with His will

Oh my gosh let us know!!!!

I've applied to seven and have been accepted to two so far! I hope to hear from the others soon. 

And God definitely has a hand in everything. I've been realizing that as scholarship doors have opened and closed. God knows what's best. While it's hard to understand why he closes some doors, I just remember that life is like a parade, and while see only get to see one float (one life event at a time) He sees the whole Parade at once and knows the ending and the outcome long before we even see the next float   

I was deferred to be considered with the regular decision applicants to wait for a decision in March. Not as bad as rejected, but I know 11 people who were admitted and all I want is to be able to celebrate with them. :C I know God has the ultimate plan for my life, but it's really hard rn. XD

Well, at least you still have a chance to be accepted. I hope you do get accepted! But if that doesn't happen, I'm sure God will have something better for you. Besides, we'll be here for you no matter where you go!

Yeah! Allishmalli, even though I knew that ultimately, I never really thought about it like that until now: we can be here together on this site for as long as we want because even if people move away physically or go to a college far away, as long as we've got the interwebs, we'll all still be here! WOOHOO!! 8D

I had a rough application season with me getting rejected from my first choice, waitlisted at three of my other top choices that I really liked, and a freak waitlist from a school I should have gotten into -.-

But thanks be to God, I also got into two of my top choices that I can't even decide which one to go to! I'm so excited!!!! I'm going to visit them both this month (in the span of like one week haha).
