I actually love ALL Christmas songs, but my favorites are Jingle Bells and Rocking Around the Christmas Tree. And I also like I'll Be Home For Christmas!! XD

Hmm, I've got a shortlist of my favorite Christmas songs:
There's also an awesome arrangement (by Darmon Meader) of We Three Kings that I sang a couple years ago, but I can't really find a good performance of it on YouTube, so this will have to suffice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zW3c8qahiU
As for Christmas carols, my two favorites are O Holy Night and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, but I don't have any videos to link because I'm so picky about how I like to hear them sung.

Simply Having A Wonderful Christmas Time is my favorite. XD I don't know why, but it is. I also like O Come, O Come, Emmanuel, and The First Noel. O Come All Ye Faithful and Carol of the Bells are also on my favorites list. LOL!!

The only reason I don't like it a lot is because two years ago it played on the radio ALL. THE. TIME. and I got sick of it quite quickly xDD now if Adam Young would sing it... it'd be wonderful...

The song "Carol of the Bells" by the REAL Von Trapp Children is one of my favorites ^_^ I was lucky enought o get to see them do it at a concert https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wq1098my4zA (they sing some other stuff after that song)
